PREP STAR 11: OFFENSE

11. LINDELL STONE, QB Southlake Carroll 2017

Analysis: The youngster of the bunch, Lindell stood tall in the pocket and

Competed every rep with the older guys. Sharp young man that threw the

Ball with confidence and accuracy all camp. You will hear this name again

10. JORDAN VERSEY, WR Arlington Bowie 2014

Analysis: Jordan was the one WR that could play slot or outside despite

Having a 6’2” 190 lb frame. Jordan really went up and attacked the

football while it was in the air and one of the more physical kids of the

Day.

9. JAEDON TAYLOR, RB Harlingen South 2015

Analysis: Jaedon is the lone running back of the Prep Star 11. Jaedon

Posse’s outstanding combination of power and speed. Ran great routes

Out of the back field with a pair of soft hands.

8. BREYUN OWENS, OL South Grand Prairie 2013

Analysis: Breyun was the best technician that attended the camp.

Outstanding fundamental hand and body position. A mauler that plays

With a “High Motor.” Currently hold 2 Division 1 offers

7. DAMEON GAMBLIN, WR Mesquite High 2013

Analysis: Dameon was probably the most consistent WR of the day.

Gamblin showed great hands, great routes and caught every ball

Thrown to him from the slot WR.

6. ALEX GALLEGOES, WR Dallas Madison 2013

Analysis: Alex was another kid that came into the camp unknown, but

His first rep in 1 on 1’s opened all eyes. Alex is a big physical receiver

With impeccable route running skills.

5. COLBY MAHON, QB Coppell 2014

Analysis: Colby showed excellent touch and really throws vertical

Routes well. Colby also showed in drills that he has great feet and

Knowledge of the game. No doubt in my mind this kid can be a Division 1 QB.

4. ELLIS JEFFERSON (EJ), WR Denton Guyer 2013

Analysis: EJ has a big body, but he is a accomplished route runner

For such big guy. EJ looked a step faster in and out of breaks since

The last time we saw him. Currently holds 6 Division 1 offers.

3. DEVANTE PULLUM, WR Little Elm 2013

Analysis: Devante was unknown coming into the camp, but we all

Knew his name by the end. Devante put on route running clinic and

Really caught the football clean and away from his body.

2. QUINCY ADEBOYEJO, WR Cedar Hill 2013 Committed to Texas A&M

Analysis: Quincy showed the entire camp why he is one of the most

Heavily recruited WR in the state of Texas. Quincy ran precise routes

All camp and has an outstanding jumping ability.

1. PRENTAVIOUS MOREHEAD, WR Dallas Kimball 2013

Analysis: Morehead displayed great hands and showed explosion in

And out of his breaks all camp. Morehead caught every ball thrown in

His direction and made a few circus catches on the day. Morehead

Currently holds offers from 5 Division 1 programs.
